1. Please choose the Dark Roasted, Fine OR Super Fine coffee powder;

2.Close the cap tightly , fill 3 / 4 coffee powder , and press coffee powder a little bit harder , but not too hard, so that the water outlet cannot be plugged;

3. Brew a small cup of coffee and try the taste .

1. Coffee powder might be too compacted and the water outlet hole of the capsule is blocked. Please clean the capsule to ensure that the capsule hole is unobstructed, and the coffee powder is lightly pressed, not compacted.

2. Test with an empty capsule to check whether the machine emits water normally.
